Thomas Keusch is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Control at INSEAD, France. His research interests include corporate governance issues such as corporate purpose, shareholder activism, and executive compensation. His research has been published in the Journal of Financial Economics and the Accounting Review. Thomas teaches Corporate Governance and Managerial Accounting in INSEAD’s MBA program.
