KRW Executive Development Consultant Saunders Moore works with leaders to build confidence, raise self-awareness, and change thinking patterns to identify new solutions that shift team culture and enhance the bottom-line. Taking a strengths-based approach to coaching, she incorporates psychology principles to support clients around mindset shifts and transformational change.
Saunders brings more than 15 years of business and coaching experience to her work at KRW. With a master’s in counseling psychology, she focuses on individual and group development with an emphasis on empowerment, transformational theory, and conflict resolution with the goal of helping clients achieve greater personal awareness to become stronger and more effective leaders. In addition to coaching individual leaders, she facilitates group and team building programs within organizations that create more effective and collaborative workplace environments.
Experience
As an executive coach and group process facilitator, Saunders works with corporate and non-profit leaders to develop high performing teams, embrace creative problem solving, enhance executive leadership, and integrate emotional competence, mindfulness, and confidence into clients’ skill sets for greater career mobility and success.
She believes that helping clients acknowledge their growth areas in need of improvement, their strengths, and the impact on their teams and colleagues can result in positive permanent change, greater competence, and desired outcomes.
Saunders has lived and worked in the USA, Ecuador, and Spain. Prior to joining KRW, she worked in the digital marketing space in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors and was an associate with various psychological services entities.
