Michael has twenty-five years of experience working in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining KRW, Michael worked as a vice-president of sales for iHeartMedia. She was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing high performance teams and exceeding budgets. She also drove event revenue across the country and developed and delivered sales and leadership training in the region.
Her sessions are infused with brain-setting, high-performance principles, personal development, and business acumen to help high achievers transform into high performing leaders by shifting thinking, energy, and actions in a way that better serves them and the people around them.
