Professional Expertise

Julie Jessup works with clients to find pragmatic solutions to their organizational and individual development needs. As a consultant, facilitator, and coach, Julie works to systemically understand client issues and build lasting change. She relies on her in-depth knowledge of organizations and leadership gained through thirty years of experience as an international human resources leader and external advisor. This helps her to quickly grasp essential issues, spot patterns and connections, and ask targeted questions. She has an open yet straightforward style that helps clients stay focused on their goals.

Experience

Julie has significant experience in combining leadership development with broader strategic change initiatives. She creates and implements development approaches that are tightly integrated with the client’s business, ensuring immediate applicability and quick wins.

Julie’s recent assignments include working with a global division of a major bank. After working with the Executive Committee to build on extensive feedback and align around a common leadership culture, she co-designed and delivered a leadership development program for the global MD population.

She has advised organizations moving from a product strategy to a solutions and services strategy, integrated acquisitions, and built closer ties between the French and US companies of the same organization. Julie also focuses on leadership coaching, working with senior leaders who are going through their own change process while also leading change throughout their organizations.

American and French, Julie has lived in four countries and is now based in Paris.
