Experience
Heather’s experience of nearly twenty years encompasses creation and execution of business and sales strategy, executive development, creative problem solving, and workforce engagement within a wide variety of industries for US and cross-cultural teams.
Heather is an experienced team facilitator in addition to being a skilled individual executive coach. Her formalized coaching relationships focus on specific development needs, such as enhancing leadership style, improving presentation skills/communication, accelerating culture change, improving recruitment practices, overcoming team dysfunctions, executing business strategy, onboarding new leadership, and succession planning.
Prior to joining KRW, Heather worked as an executive coach for Clear Channel Worldwide, where she developed customized curricula and facilitated hundreds of group leadership and management modules designed to increase performance for Clear Channel’s highest revenue-generating radio markets in the United States.
Heather is a professional public speaker and conducts speaking engagements for organizations on a variety of topics. She is also a professional television personality and serves as Master of Ceremonies for dozens of events each year.
