Experience
Fabian has held executive committee, functional, and business leadership positions at both the local and regional levels, defining and leading implementation on strategic initiatives for LATAM, the United States, and Europe. His experience spans roles at five different business lines in the financial services sector.
Groomed as a high-potential executive, he assumed different roles working as an expatriate, effectively dealing with different cultures and business environments. He consistently worked with high-performing teams, helping team members develop while providing top results.
Later in his career, Fabian decided to support leaders in their growth and development, working exclusively with top executives and C-suite leaders of large companies and multinationals in a wide range of industries and companies.
