Carrie brings to her coaching, board assessment, and advisory work experience from a career that has spanned banking, investment banking, bank stock research, and management consulting.

She has been retained by large organizations as an advisor, coach, and facilitator. Carrie has partnered with clients leading both global firms and start-ups. She helps clients embrace the two joint challenges of creating the strategy and building the infrastructure to grow their businesses. Carrie also works with small organizations and not-for-profits, both as a non-executive director and on a pro-bono basis.

Carrie understands the growing area of neuropsychology and how it impacts leaders and boards, and uses her knowledge extensively in her coaching assignments to help clients understand their executive profile and reputation, as well as how their gravitas and impact can be undermined by unconscious triggers.

Born and educated in America, Carrie started her career in global banking. Her experience on Wall Street and in the City with Chemical Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley was followed by a move into strategic consulting. She worked closely with senior and executive clients at The Mac Group, a boutique strategy consulting firm with links to top business schools which became the strategy practice of Gemini Consulting. There she founded and led various centers of excellence in financial services strategy and led large, global teams.
