Dr. Barrhonda White, MCC, aims to be in service to others through transformational coaching. Her approach incorporates cognitive behavioral theory, positive psychology, and self-discrepancy theory. With this in mind, she works with her clients to broaden perspectives and upgrade strengths. In her work with senior executives, emerging leaders, and their teams she focuses on interpersonal dynamics, change management, process improvement, recruitment and strategic planning, cross-functional team development, and presentation skills and communication. Ultimately, Barrhonda helps leaders prepare to have personal and professional proud moments while yielding significant value for their respective organizations.
Experience
Barrhonda has over twenty-two years of corporate business experience and over fourteen years of leadership coaching and facilitation experience. She is a Program Co-Director of Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching as well as teaching faculty in the program. Barrhonda is also teaching faculty for Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business, Executive Graduate Programs. Prior to joining KRW, she worked for Capital One in a variety of roles, including operations leadership, process engineering, and leading enterprise coaching products and services.
