Her extensive experience enables her to quickly assess workplace cultures and identify how best to partner with clients to navigate change.  Barbara collaborates with clients to build confidence, raise self-awareness, and focus on near-term objectives. Experience

Barbara has lived and worked in the US, Asia, and the UK. Each step of her career was pursued at market-leading organizations, iconic multinational brands including American Express, Booz, Citi and MetLife. She has worked at executive search consultancies such as London-based Whitehead Mann, which provided counsel to C-suite executives, transforming relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships. She has also partnered with non-profit organizations, coaching their executives, and has sat on several of their boards. She provides thought leadership to her clients and their teams to create differentiated organizational practices to include leadership capability, assessment and selection, accelerated development, career mobility and succession planning.
