Experience
Maureen has extensive experience as an independent director, with assignments spanning compensation, enterprise risk, credit, and executive committee roles. Her current and former board roles include: Natixis/Loomis Sayles Mutual Funds; Sterling National Bank; Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust; The Investment Company Institute; The Foundation for The City College of New York, and Lebanese American University. Instrumental to her successful board work are her expertise in capital markets and her consensus-building leadership style.
Maureen focuses her coaching practice on change management, leadership development, career acceleration, and building diverse, collaborative work environments. Her skill and sensitivity as an executive coach are informed by her core values of empathy, acute listening, and respect—the same qualities that fueled her professional success with complex firms such as GE Asset Management and Bear Stearns. She delights in helping her clients overcome roadblocks to advancement, find the emotional intelligence they need to re-engineer their ways of working, and achieve the long-term professional and personal satisfaction they deserve.
An in-demand speaker and panelist, Maureen speaks on topics such as economic and business trends, women’s leadership, career acceleration, board diversity, and business transformation. She has been recognized throughout her career and in 2019 was named by WomenInc as one of the “Most Influential Corporate Board Directors.” She has been named to Irish America magazine’s Business 100 list, and in 2016, as one of the 50 Top Power Women in the US.
