Lee focuses on supporting senior executives and their teams to develop leadership skills and executive presence. Her work in self leadership and team effectiveness enables teams to take ownership and build resilient cultures.
Through her work in this space, Lee has supported many initiatives that directly address diversity and inclusion issues in the workplace. Her skills, knowledge and lived experience support her in working at many different levels.
Lee has held senior management and leadership roles in the IT arena. Lee has been coaching and facilitating professionally since 2007 and supports many organizations to train and mentor new coaches.
She has worked on cross border initiatives in many African countries to address cultural issues and different ways of working to create more empowering and inspired workplaces. She has also supported interns from disadvantaged backgrounds and supported organizations in developing and enabling many small businesses through their supplier development programs.
