Heidi offers a unique combination of personal and professional experience as a global senior executive working at the highest levels and training as a clinical psychologist. She understands the business analytics, context, and performance pressures, as well as what motivates executives and possibly stands in the way of high-achieving talented individuals and their teams reaching their full potential.
Heidi has worked with senior-level management in Fortune 500, multinational corporations, international development organizations, and governments across North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, East and West Africa, Russia, the Middle East, Maghreb, Asia, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.
As a polyglot with personal experience living on multiple continents, Heidi works with cultural sensitivity and leverages her direct experience from managing culturally diverse staff. As an executive and member of the Regional Leadership Team within The World Bank, she was responsible for the strategy and budgets for the Latin America Region. She also served as the lead contributor to the Infrastructure Action Plan and Climate Change Strategy while at the International Finance Corporation. Prior to moving to the US, Heidi worked for more than five years as a senior organizational consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants and Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) in London. Heidi has also negotiated transactions in the international capital markets (over $500m) and worked as a foreign exchange trader at the Central Bank of Finland.
As an executive coach, Heidi leverages her passion for behavior change and motivation in the business context.
