    Specializing in executive development (both one-on-one and top team work), succession planning, organizational design, and stakeholder alignment, KRW Associate Partner Brian Brittain collaborates with CEOs, board members, and senior executives to help focus and align senior talent capability on successful strategy execution and the change agenda.

    Experience

    In his thirty years of consulting, advising, and coaching in a wide range of global industries, Brian has designed and led a number of successful initiatives, including assisting one of the top 10 law firms in Canada with redesigning its overall governance structure and realigning senior leadership on strategic priorities. This work also led to one-on-one leadership development and coaching with many of the senior partners. When coaching, Brian thinks of his role as diagnosing the executive developmental needs of the leader to help him or her more successfully lead the execution of their business priorities.

    Brian has worked as a trusted advisor to the CEOs and executive teams of Canada’s largest retail organization as well as a global Middle East petrochemical company to design comprehensive leadership development programs for the top 300 executives, and high-potential middle managers, respectively. He has also worked with the CEO of one of the largest global CRM (customer relationship management) companies, helping him assess and determine the best candidates for CEO and CFO roles in a restructured company. He is currently working with a global precision manufacturing and distribution company to assess and develop the leadership effectiveness of key senior organizational executives for the future.
